March 1775: Benjamin Franklin leaves London for the last time. Supposedly on his way to Philadelphia, a secret mission takes him instead to Williamsburg, Virginia. Conspiring with his fellow Freemasons, a plan is crafted to warn some founding fathers of a plot to terminate them before a full-scale revolution breaks out in the colonies.
Franklin’s mission is suddenly cut short, as he strolls into the plantation garden.
A bizarre cloud surrounds him, vanishing him to … somewhere!
Somewhere is not far up the road, but the year is 2024!
Even though 2024 fascinates Franklin, he discovers he is in the United States of Britain. He must return to 1775 and set things right!
